Once you find the info

I had a little difficulty setting up because my iPhone (iPhone 4,iOS 7) or iPad (air gen 4) couldnt find my printer. I had to manually enter info.
When adding a printer manually (I have SCX-3400 series) you will need IP address and Port. To find these. Power on your printer. Press and hold the stop/clear button for about 4 second or until the status LED light blinks fast. Release the button once it blinks faster and the network configuration report should print. Your info should be under the bold header "TCP/IPv4 Information". Search and add your printer. Same for iPad.

Note: if you hold the butt too short (about 2 seconds) it will only print a Prints Configuration Report. Hold too long (about 6 seconds) and a Supplied Information Report will print. If the IP address on the Network Config. Report shows 192.0.0.192, then the printer has not been initially connected to the network.
