The latest update makes it impossible for me to get pass the automatic toner order page on my iPhone 4s. Im not able to see the green sign up or skip button. Please fix and Ill change stars back to 5 stars for review

Every time I select the email icon , the app immediately crashes. Is this a known bug with ios10 ?

The printer Wi-Fi/mobile iPhone sync feature fails if I unplug the printer and plug it back in. It is as though unplugging the printer causes it to lose the stored WI-FI information. This should be an easy process, but it isnt, so I have to rate it a zero. Certainly there may be some operator error, but nothing so simple should be this challenging.

I just installed the app and selected a random photo to print. It worked to do that with no problem. Just a note to the person who lost the network connection: make sure you assign a static IP address to the printer, so a power glitch wont mess up the app. Hope this helps.

Really disappointing that one cannot connect to the Samsung printer via wifi direct. Otherwise good luck getting you Samsung printer to play with any airport device.

I tried to set up my yahoo account but it wont take it!

Older versions of mail and calendar apps such as Outlook). As a result, we prevented a sign in to your Yahoo account.

This app will fetch & render doc and xls files from Google Drive but not docx and xlsx files

im iphone5 user i used this app well but nowdays after ios8 update "urf error"occour, so fix it please!

This app does not work well with ios8. I have a Samsung m2070fw printer and it does not print from other apps from my ipad, like word or Excel or even safari. Samsung... You need to solve this issue.

I used to love my Samsung Printer, now, after IOs8 it no longer prints from Iphone or Ipad. I wish Apple or Samsung had a solution.

This app is like a good "Swiss army knife" for those who understand how to use it. Like most, I noted the performance hiccups after IOS 8. The problem has been resolved. Samsung released firmware updates for their printers that users should download from the Samsung Support site.

Conflicts with iPad AirPrint. Emails would still print from AirPrint but PDFs had to go through this app. Ended up deleting to keep things simple.

Nothing could be simpler than this app. Worked like a charm.

I had a little difficulty setting up because my iPhone (iPhone 4,iOS 7) or iPad (air gen 4) couldnt find my printer. I had to manually enter info. When adding a printer manually (I have SCX-3400 series) you will need IP address and Port. To find these. Power on your printer. Press and hold the stop/clear button for about 4 second or until the status LED light blinks fast. Release the button once it blinks faster and the network configuration report should print. Your info should be under the bold header "TCP/IPv4 Information". Search and add your printer. Same for iPad. Note: if you hold the butt too short (about 2 seconds) it will only print a Prints Configuration Report. Hold too long (about 6 seconds) and a Supplied Information Report will print. If the IP address on the Network Config. Report shows 192.0.0.192, then the printer has not been initially connected to the network.

This review refers to an older version of this app that still works on my dads old iPhone 3G. We have a Samsung ML-2525W black & white laser printer. It took about 2 minutes for this app to process a 17 page text document and another minute to send it to the printer and print. I was amazed. Ive not tried any graphics test since its not a color printer.

This app has good features, and works well printing, etc, but only when itll find the printer. Ive got a 640 via wireless network and to get the app to see the printer I have to unplug/re-plug the printer. Then itll be available and print in color. All other laptops see the printer all the time just fine, so it appears as the app is the issue.
